As usual, Wolfgang Puck delivers on quality, and this item is not the exception to the rule. Every piece of cookware and small kitchen appliances I have are from Wolfgang Puck, and I am not disappointed or I would not buy them. Anyone that has a complaint, probably used the item far beyond its limits, and just likes to complain. Keep up the good work Wolfgang…your products are great, as are your restaurants, and your excellent receipies.

I am very happy with this purchase, it is the first time a have ordered a KitchenAid product. Although Amazon had written it was a 7 speed and in another location said it was a 5 speed, the seller (not Amazon)
called to let me know it was a 5 speed and if I still wanted it. I thought that was very considerate of the seller. It did not matter to me if it was a 5 speed or 7 speed. Either works better then what I’ve been used to buying! It is very quiet and and came with a dough hooks and a liquid blender rod. Refurbs are the way to go…it saves me money and they work very well.

Also…I’ve purchased many things from Amazon and when they are the seller they package their items extremely well!

This tiny hand mixer did yoeman’s duty during the Christmas holidays with the numerous cakes, pies, and cookies I had to bake. This small mixer might fool you because it is so small, but it handled all tyoes of batter, even the really heavy type. I own a Kitchen Aid but found myself pulling this hand mixer out because it was so much easier and lighter. A wonderful product!

Review

This hand mixer works very well, packing a bigger punch than something you’d get for less $$. Worth it if you’re mixing a lot of cookie dough, or other thick batters.

I wish it came with whisk attachments that processed the food in a more efficient way — you really have to maneuver these around to mix something thoroughly, probably because they aren’t as vicious as flat-edged whisk attachments.

Still, the thing never bogs out, and came in like-new order. A good price for a solid appliance.
